Claire Mann is a wonderfully talented traditional musician hailing from the Newcastle area in the North East of England. In 2001 she was described as a "young but musically mature artist" in a review of a self titled early album.
She lives in South West Scotland where she continues her musical career playing, teaching and running a venue for performance in her home town. She also teaches at Newcastle University and has run the successful FluteFling online teaching sessions.
